Cleans and makes minor repairs and adjustments to machines and maintains them in good working order.
Prepares and maintains necessary reports and records.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret job orders Sets-up, operate, and maintain the press to meet production and quality requirements Monitor production and quality of labels throughout the manufacturing process Assess image registration, alignment, color accuracy, and quality Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills required Perform routine maintenance on press Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional operating environment Work in conjunction with QA department to assure consistent quality and production.
Requirements High school graduate or equivalent Experience in a production environment Should possess machine aptitude Able to pass color perception test Good math skills Must frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand or walk for the full shift Willingness to cross-train throughout the organization Benefits Position includes a full benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, short term and long term disability, paid time off and 401(k) with matching contributions.
Work shifts are Monday through Friday, eight hour shifts, with the opportunity for overtime when required to meet production demands.
