Summary:
The Gender Equity Services Manager manages VWW's employer and school gender equity programs, workshops, trainings, and contracted services, as well as the Gender Equity Advancement Roundtable (GEAR).
The manager is responsible for researching and building programming and training content, fostering relationships, promoting and growing contracted services, developing new services, and representing VWW in meetings, coalitions, and other spaces to advocate for and advance equity initiatives.
Job Duties:
Develop gender equity programming and technical assistance including workshops, trainings, toolkits, roundtables, consultation services, and others Research and update gender equity data and trends in the workplace and educational spaces; ensure presentations, slide decks, training tools are up-to-date Assess the needs of employers, schools, and others who contact VWW for services and develop comprehensive proposals that meet their needs Oversee outreach and relationship-building with employers, organizations, state agencies, schools, and technical centers to promote VWW's gender equity services Facilitate trainings, workshops, speaker panels, focus groups, roundtable events, and other programming Oversee the communication of program outcome data for capture and record-keeping Provide information and data as needed for reporting to funders and partners; assist with grant reporting and other reports as assigned
Experience:
3 years' experience in program management or similar background Experience and skill with workshop/training facilitation Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
